Holiday Ham Breakfast Croissant

Ingredients:

Leftover croissants
Sir Kensington’s Chipotle Mayonnaise
Leftover honey glazed ham
Fried eggs

Directions:

  1. Slice croissants into two slices and lightly toast
  2. Sear leftover honey glazed ham until crispy and brown, 3-5 minutes per side
  3. In the same pan, fry one egg for each croissant
  4. Spread Sir Kensington’s Chipotle Mayonnaise on the croissant and assemble sandwich with seared ham and fried egg
