Turkey BLAT

Ingredients:

Leftover turkey
Sir Kensington’s Avocado Oil Mayo

Bacon
Avocado
Romaine lettuce
Tomato

Directions:

  1. Slice two very thick pieces of leftover turkey to act as bread for this “sandwich”
  2. Top both slices of turkey with Sir Kensington’s Avocado Oil Mayo
  3. Build “sandwich” by adding 3-4 slices of bacon, half of a sliced avocado, romaine lettuce, and tomato
